- Flag this new listing on MLS System’s electronic hot sheet to all REALTORS North of the Mallahat
- Schedule your house on the MLS System’s REALTOR tour
- Schedule your house on my own agency’s REALTOR tour
- Hold Open Houses as required
- Advertise your property in appropriate media
- Directly contact potential buyers with details of your property
- Personally contact agents with potential buyers for your type of property
- Arrange showings for other agents
- Keep you informed of our progress
- Update your CMA if necessary
- Review marketing activities with you
- Present and discuss all offers with you
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Assist you in any subject to clauses that pertain to your offer
- Assist you in finding a new property as you require
The Consequences of Overpricing
Properties priced above market value generate little interest among potential buyers
Properties on the market for extended periods will be perceived as remaining unsold for a reason
Properties that remain on the market for extended periods of time often attract bargain hunters
Subsequent price reductions down to market value may not be enough to regenerate interest
As a result, the eventual sale price of the property may end up below market value.
